Store Supervisor at Sweaty Betty

Sweaty Betty at The Furlong in Ringwood is looking for a responsible, reliable and service-focused Store Supervisor to join manager Sarah and her friendly team from 1st September. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. You will act as the go-to person in the Store Manager’s absence, lead by example and help create an enjoyable working environment and memorable customer experiences.

The role includes supporting the day-to-day running of the store, including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, store security and achieving sales targets. Previous retail or customer-facing experience is required, while supervisory experience is preferred but not essential. Applicants should be flexible and available to work mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
