Assistant Manager – Crew Clothing

Full time | 37.5 hours per week | Competitive salary

Crew Clothing at The Furlong is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join its Ringwood team. This is a great opportunity for someone with retail experience who loves delivering brilliant customer service and is ready to take the next step in their career, all within the friendly surroundings of our award-winning shopping centre.

Working alongside the Store Manager, you’ll help drive sales and store performance, support and motivate the team and maintain Crew Clothing’s high visual merchandising standards. You’ll also play an important role in creating the welcoming, enjoyable shopping experience Crew customers know and love.

You’ll need previous retail experience, excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus. Experience within a premium or luxury fashion brand would be an advantage.
