Christmas is coming to Ringwood!
Join us on Sunday 29th November as Ringwood Winter Wanderland returns for a day of festive entertainment, shopping and Christmas cheer across the town.
The Furlong is proud to be one of the sponsors for this year’s Winter Wanderland and we’ll have plenty happening in our historic courtyard throughout the day.
Festivities began at 11:30am, with the Christmas Light Switch-On (at The Market Place) at 6pm. Throughout the town there will be over 80 market stalls, live music and entertainment, children’s rides, Santa’s grotto (advance tickets only), street performers and much more.
Festive fun at The Furlong
🎪 Steamship Circus will be bringing the Furlong courtyard to life with interactive circus entertainment and street performances for the whole family to enjoy.
🎅 Santa arrives at The Furlong at midday, so make sure you’re here to give him a festive welcome! There will be plenty of magical photo opportunities with him in the Furlong (by our sleigh or under our “eflie” arch) and his band of elves before they head to the Grotto over the road.
We’re also hoping to welcome Ringwood Cheerleading Academy for a special live performance, with more details to be confirmed.
While you’re here, get a head start on your Christmas shopping, discover gifts from your favourite brands and independent boutiques, or warm up with coffee, cake or lunch at one of our cafés and eateries.
With festive entertainment happening throughout Ringwood, it’s the perfect day to gather the family, support local and get into the Christmas spirit.
