White Stuff is coming to The Furlong and is now recruiting for its brand-new Ringwood store.
Whether you’re looking for a few hours alongside other commitments or you’re ready to take on more responsibility in a supervisory role, there are several opportunities to join the team ahead of the new store opening.
Current vacancies
Customer Host | 4 hours per week
A great opportunity to join the shop floor team and help deliver the warm, friendly and inspiring customer experience White Stuff is known for. Weekend availability may be required.
Customer Host | 8 hours per week
Perfect for someone who loves fashion, enjoys meeting people and wants to be part of a friendly retail team. You’ll help customers, support shop floor standards and play an active part in the day-to-day running of the new Ringwood store. Weekend availability may be required.
Customer Host Supervisor | 16 hours per week
For someone ready to take on additional responsibility, this role works alongside the Shop Manager to help lead the team, deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong commercial, visual and operational standards. Weekend availability may be required.

Customer Host roles
As a Customer Host, your focus will be on creating a brilliant experience for every customer who visits the store.
You’ll be involved in:
- Welcoming customers and providing friendly, helpful service
- Learning about White Stuff’s products, fits, fabrics and styles so you can help customers with their buying decisions
- Keeping the shop floor looking its best
- Supporting replenishment, deliveries and stock management
- Helping with promotions, customer events and preview evenings
- Supporting Click & Collect and other multichannel services
- Working as part of the wider shop team to achieve store targets
White Stuff is looking for people who are passionate about retail and fashion, enjoy working as part of a team and are happy to go the extra mile to give customers a great experience.
Customer Host Supervisor
The Customer Host Supervisor will take on additional responsibility for supporting the Shop Manager and helping the wider team deliver excellent results.
Alongside delivering a fantastic customer experience, you’ll help with:
- Coaching and motivating the team
- Understanding and communicating store KPIs
- Supporting promotions and key trading periods
- Maintaining high visual merchandising standards
- Helping organise the day-to-day running of the shop
- Delegating tasks and supporting team development
- Stock management, deliveries and operational processes
- Taking responsibility for the shop during management absence when required
It’s a great opportunity for someone with retail experience who enjoys leading by example and bringing out the best in others.
