The Coronation of His Majesty The King and Her Majesty The Queen will take place at Westminster Abbey on Saturday 6th May. As part of a nationwide act of celebration and friendship, The Furlong and Ringwood Town Council will be hosting various celebratory events on Sunday 7th May to mark this historical occasion.

Activities in The Furlong courtyard include:

Crown making craft workshops from 10am – 3pm

Patriotic face painting from 11am – 3pm

Live music from Scarlett Swing performing from 1pm – 2.15pm

Entertainment at ‘Gathering on the Green’ at the Bickerley Village Green from 12 noon – 5pm include:

• Fun fair
• Food stalls
• Pop-up bar
• Miniature steam train
• Activity inflatables
• Live music

There is no entry charge for the “Gathering on the Green’ and all activities at The Furlong are provided for FREE for all customers.
