Ringwood’s Eco-Fair
The Furlong shopping centre will be proud to host and support this amazing event which will be brought to life with music, interactive workshops & expert talks.
The Ringwood Eco Fair is a great opportunity to buy upcycled and sustainable goods, learn how to make seed bombs and buy native plants and trees. There will be a range of local groups and businesses with planet friendly workshops, stalls and gifts.
Fun for all the family. Bring your children along to do some bark rubbing, test their (and your) knowledge of trees, create a bug hotel, paint their own bird box and play the “which waste goes where” game. You can even buy your own signed copy of “Planet Earth Needs Our Help”, the children’s book written by local author Marylyn Cropley.
A delight for nature lovers, there will be opportunities to find out more about the work of the Hampshire and IOW Wildlife Trust and the Marine Conservation Agency, and how to grow your own fruit and vegetables even in a small space.

Ringwood Meeting House and History Centre will be hosting a series of talks enabling you to learn more about climate change science, alternative technologies and conservation taking place from 1pm onwards, with the full line up of speakers to be announced soon.

This event is taking place on Saturday 11th September from 10.30am – 4.30pm and is organised by Ringwood Actions for Climate Emergency and The Rotary Club of Ringwood, supported by Transition Ringwood, and The Ringwood Meeting House and History Centre.
